Fish Face Poke Bar is a poke restaurant that offers a variety of fresh poke bowls and sushi rolls. They use locally sourced and sustainable ingredients products that are recyclable and compostable and their menu includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. They needed a new menu board that guided customers on how to build their own poke bowl. In addition, they wanted to be able to update the menu to reflect the available ingredients that day.
