The City of Roseville Environmental Utilities creates an annual report each year for distribution to Government employees and Citizens. They needed a design for their annual report that is within City Brand Standards, but showcases that they are part of the City, but with their own personality. The tone needed to be one of unified purpose, passion, working together, the future, holistic, stewardship, interconnectedness, and innovation.
